The DMA template should be downloaded to a folder on your PC before opening the application.
Internet Explorer Users - To download, point to the filename, right click on your mouse and 'save target as' (to your local harddisk).
Netscape Users - It is recommended that Internet Explorer is used to download Excel files. To download, point to the filename, left click on your mouse and either open or save application to your local harddisk.
