We’re committed to working in close collaboration with our customers in the future development and evolution of our Wholesale Ethernet portfolio.
How have we set our initial priorities?
We held a Customer Forum on 1st December 2009 which was attended by 31 representatives from 18 CPs along with BTW experts. The forum included more detailed discussions between customers and BTW in focus groups on:
- Product functionality
- Provision processes and interfaces
- Repair & diagnostics (processes and interfaces)

We held a 10Gb Access Workshop on 2nd February to review the different transport options that could be used to develop a 10Gb Etherway option - the slides and notes from this workshop are available for review A follow-up webcall was held on Friday 26th February to continue the discussions.
