1. KCIs - timeliness, accuracy, quality & consistency of information

  • We've established some clear standards on what good looks like and we're training our people to meet this standard - you can find out more about this by listening to the webinar recording from 13th January 2010 - Provision Update
  • We're seeking feedback from a small number of customers on further enhancements to our KCIs and we'll share the outcome of this work over the next 6 weeks or so

 

2. Quality of information provided by BTW and Openreach during provision & installation process

 

3. eCo+ usability & stability

  • We're running a series of workshops on this, the first of which was held on 22nd January 2010 and you can access the information shared at eCo+ provision workshop 220110

 

4.  eCo+ changes Release Preview March 2010

 

5. Pro-active jeopardy management and co-ordination of orders by BTW

6. Knowledge and training of BTW and Openreach people

  • We've prioritised training BTW people as you can see from the updates around KCIs and Job control
