Launch Customer Training

Accessing customer training

Step 1: Get your personal user ID and password by emailing us at product.marketing@bt.com. If you need multiple User IDs for your staff, please complete the spreadsheet (click here) and email to product.marketing@bt.com. Let us know if you also require administrative access.

Step 2: We aim to grant access within 24 hours and you will receive email confirmation of User ID, Password and appropriate URLs.
