Introduction
We are constantly trying to improve your experience of working with btwholesale.com. In 2008, we launched a bespoke customer web portal called MyPage to help improve your journey on btwholesale.com. MyPage gives you a simplified, personalised view of the information that you want from btwholesale.com.

How can MyPage help you?

  • MyPage can save you a lot of time!!! By having the key information and applications you need in one place, all you need to do is log in and access what you need
  • The information you need if there at the click of a button through MyPage
  • MyPage allows you to customise your view of the information you need.

What is MyPage?
MyPage will provide you with a personalised view of the information and tools relevant to your organisation. When you log on, your MyPage view is determined by your btwholesale.com log on credentials, so you will see the MyPage associated with the company you work for (branded with the logo). You can customise your view based on individual needs (i.e. role or personal preferences).

Currently through MyPage you can access an array of information (but remember you don’t have to see it all, just the bits you want):

  • Contacts list for email addresses and phone numbers for your service team, account and sales teams and billing contacts so you have them to hand
  • Dashboards and Notification information for 20C BB measures with views into WCR data, for example the latest Major Service Outages (MSO) and Planned Engineering Works (PEW’s) information.
  • Videos provides you with MyPage demos and interviews with members of the BT Wholesale Leadership Team in videos which can be streamed within MyPage via Vimeo. We can add your videos in as well; just tell us what you want to add!
  • Applications access for Fault Diagnostics, Wholesale Calls, KBD and more. Full screen viewing modes for certain applications within MyPage, where the user is able to toggle between different screens whilst retaining edited information
  • Provisioning and repair information
  • News and briefings for Broadband and Private Circuits
  • Links to the latest product handbooks, customer service plans and SLA’s
  • Events calendar allows you to view up and coming events
  • Online RSS reader which allows you to keep up to date with the latest BT Wholesale, telecoms and technology news


MyPage has received a positive response and we are working with customers to identity how this functionality should further evolve. We are currently working on some future developments to help MyPage become an even better offering including:

  • Shared document workspace for a repository of information
  • Collaborative document management tool between BT Wholesale and customers called MyDocs
  • Working Day Calendar for new orders to estimate delivery of orders
  • Pricing feed for price changes to BT Wholesale products
