What is eCo Repair?
eCo Repair is a web based application that allows faults on some BT products to be reported and progress tracked electronically - a diagnostic facility is available for most of the supported products.

Users who have been granted access to eCo Repair will see a link titled eCo Repair under popular shortcuts at the bottom right of this screen. Please note, you will need to log in to www.btwholesale.com to see this link.
If your company has not been granted access, an application can be made by downloading the eCo Repair Access form from the download section on the right of this screen and emailing the completed form to fast.eco.repair@bt.com or alternatively by contacting your BT account team.

Looking to the future:
eCo Repair is part of BT Wholesale's e-channel programme and is an easy to use application aimed at OLO’s and Service Providers who need to report faults on their BT products into BT wholesale. The application has a range of features and supports the non-broadband product portfolio. (Please see eCo broadband for fault reporting of ADSL and SDSL services).
In the longer term, BT Wholesale is planning to introduce a fully integrated system for fault reporting across all products using Seibel technology.
Contact Details
BT Wholesale's Service Management Centre (SMC) at Chester is responsible for receiving all fault notifications relating to problems with BT Central connectivity.
Service providers wishing to report faults with their BT Central connectivity must call 0800 085 0643.
Password resets are available online and for other application problems there is a 24-hour helpdesk contactable by telephone or email.
