Migration Forecast & Allocation (MFA) application provides the capability for Communication Providers (CPs) to upload their WBC Migration Forecasts and down load the migration capacity allocation file.
MFA displays the processing status of an uploaded forecast file. Subsequently any errors will be reported in a modified version of the forecast file which can be downloaded and corrected. A CP may upload a new forecast file or an error file with errors corrected as identified or modify demand at any time until the upload status is shown as "Closed".
Once the allocation file is available, status will be shown as 'Available' and the file can be downloaded.
Note:
The MFA application should only be applied for after an eCoPlus login has been obtained which allows access through the BT wholesale web portal
