Our PSTN Simultaneous Order Checker service enables Service Providers to view certain information about their End Users" PSTN orders. This means that they can easily determine whether or not the order has been raised as an ADSL "simultaneous" order type before placing that element of that order on eCo or XML. Service providers will also be able to check the progress of any PSTN order at any time.
The information provided by the service comprises:
- PSTN order number.
- PSTN order status.
- PSTN delivery date.
Please note that details of the ADSL "simultaneous" order will continue to be supplied via broadband customer reporting.
